The restaurant is really extremely stylish. No cheap decoration, instead it was color-coordinated most of the time. The place really blew us away. Good value for money. I can really recommend this restaurant! In the restaurant you get both: friendly and fast waiters.

Food great, staff not the yellow of the egg. It cannot be that people who order later get their food earlier

Quality of the food is optimal. I am very sorry to have to write a bad review. The staff does not meet any standards. The mouth and nose coverings of the employees and the "boss" (who is unfriendly and has never heard of politeness) is missing. Hygiene rules are not observed, a case for the public order office. Absolutely no go, I will not set foot in this restaurant again. This behavior will have consequences that you will feel economically.

Nice staff, delicious food, good atmosphere, decent portions, so all in all high quality fast food. Definitely recommended. Another plus are the gluten-free and vegetarian options. The only drawback might be the price, which is a little high for me as a student. Thank you for the food!!

Great. The burger is perfect. The meat was well fried. Despite the rush, it went very quickly. There is no plastic. We recommend.

The citizens are excellent and have never let me down, have been going to the chalet for a long time, there was an incident once, but it happened more than 9 months ago, but I can only recommend the citizen to you, but unfortunately it has the taste of the fries "changes" and that not for the better. I personally only ate the veggie version, but I know from other friends that the meat version was delicious!

Very good and plentiful burger. I felt like I had done it myself at home. I took the one which is quite spicy, too good. The best of all the hamburger burger I have eaten in restaurants. In addition to the sweet potato fries, great. I will surely return.

This place serves a decent burger!! The sweet potatoes are very crisp. The burger is very fresh and juicy. They also have a nice variaty of beers, including some fine German crafted pale ale. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the kitchen is clean. The team is very friendly and read to advise and recommend, if you do not know what to pick at first. Will come again!

Great little joint! And they have glutenfree options if you call ahead. Fresh ingredients and lovely flavours. I got the jalapeños chilli cheese burger and was not disappointed.

My favorite burger place in Freiburg!! Favorite!! The meat is soo good and all the burger combination are super tasty! However, the place is small and it is not so easy to find a space. They should improve also the ventilation! Despite all of that I still enjoy it! :D

Super-juicy burgers, fresh salad and fries in a small, but comfortable setting. Even the buns taste great and medium actually is medium :-) The lunch menu includes the Chalet cheese burger, salad or fries and a soft drink for €9.90.

By far the best burger in Freiburg! I love this place and it's been 3 years that I'm going there every month for the new burger of the month. The quality of meat and specially the burger bread is wonderful. No artificials, flavor enhancement or any other garbage is used! I love the creativity in having new combination of tastes each month as "burger of the month" beside the main menu.The chili cheese fries is awesome. If you're used to the typical taste of Mcdonald burgers or expecting the same low quality burger for low price this place is not recommended. The price fits totally to the quiality of what you're eating! The size of Burgers is suitable unless you're eating in large portions. I like it not being so big because I don't feel such stuffed afterwards that I can't move. Don't have vegi menu as well. The place is not so big sometimes so crowded but they have buzzers now and not shouting to call customers anymore. You can use the WC of the next bar if you needed takes only few seconds to be seated on the toilet! 😀. I've never saw any single miss behave of the personals there. They speak English as well.... Don't miss it if you want to experience new tastes of a burger!
